Talking Book Service (TBS) is a free service for the blind, physically and/or visually impaired or learning disabled. TBS Friends meeting will be at the Goodwin House, 4800 Fillmore Ave., from 1 to 3 pm, on Monday, November 16. Speaker will be Mr. Chuck Lawson, a narrator from National Library Service (NLS).
