 Criminal cases are often highlighted in the news, but do you know how those cases proceed? Join a judge and a lawyer as they discuss the roles of the judge, the jury, the prosecution, and the defense in a criminal case. They will show you how these cases are brought before the court, how bail is set, the plea bargaining process, what really happens in a criminal trial and how judges determine the appropriate sentences after a conviction. Presented by the Colorado & Denver Bar Associations.
