 The May "Clean and Green" program presents Ann McGovern from the Dept. of Environmental Protection who is returning to Chelmsford to present part 2 of her composting/healthy lawn program. The "Clean and Green" series offers lectures, how-to's and workshops on "earth-friendly" topics. We welcome yor suggestions for programs.
