This fall, Elmhurst Public Library and Elmhurst Park District are bringing you Movies on the Green, an adult evening complete with a showing of the classic film, The Blues Brothers. Get a sitter, leave the kids at home and head out to the Movie on the Green on Saturday, Sept. 22 at 6 p.m. at Sugar Creek Golf Course in Villa Park. The movie begins at 7 p.m., but come early to secure your seat on the driving range, sample a variety of menu items at a number of local food trucks, participate in games and contests for prizes, and grab an adult beverage in the clubhouse. Admission is free! Please note the movie is rated R for adult content, and children are not encouraged to attend. Outside food and beverages is not allowed.
