Literacy DuPage recruits and trains tutors who teach adults English. Since 1972, we’ve been equipping a big hearted army of volunteers to sit side-by-side with adults who cannot understand, speak, read, or write English. Help us shatter the language barrier for immigrants, refugees, and other DuPage County residents. No teaching of foreign language experience needed. We’ll train you to tailor lessons, focusing on everyday life skills needed in an English-speaking world.
