During this interactive workshop, members of the Fox Valley SCORE (Counselors to America’s Small Business) will explain how proper preparation and strategy will go a long way toward growing a successful business. They will review important questions that must be addressed regarding the feasibility of a business idea and a prospective business owner’s capability to open and operate a business. To help with the planning process, SCORE’s business planning workbook will be introduced, and they will review how to do productive, affordable marketing. Learn how to use the national and local SCORE websites and how to schedule a meeting with a SCORE counselor.
