Armed with only Elmer's glue and chalk pastels, this dynamic and easy technique mimics the look of stained glass. Limited only by the depths of your imagination, you will create (or trace) a design, then add color by blending chalk pastels. Artist Cassandra Travis leads this creative program, generously funded by the Glendale Public Art Program. Participants must be at least sixteen-years-old to register.
