For the month of April, we will be celebrating Earth Day by reusing plastic fruit cups and turning them into flower planters. Using the supplies provided, create an animal theme planter. Once you’re done decorating, add soil and seeds into your animal planter. All materials will be provided. For ages 12-18.

National Library Week runs from April 7-13th! Stop by any of our library locations and share your love for the library all month! Decorate a paper book symbol to show what the library means to you or why you enjoy spending your time here. Turn the symbol into a staff member and library staff will decorate an area of the library with everyone's love for the library.

Library! When visiting the library in May, be sure to stop by the circulation

Reserve a spot to read with Mr. Finley, a friendly miniature poodle! Each child may book one fifteen-minute spot to share a story one-on-one with Mr. Finley. Mr. Finley is a certified therapy dog with Pet Partners. He loves books and stories of all kinds, and would love to meet you!
Registration begins the Monday before Mr. Finley's weekly Friday visit; register in person at a service desk or online, or by calling 623-930-3837. Open to kids ages 5 and up. Space is limited!
