Read and rock out in the library on Friday, August 3! The Southwest Oklahoma City Library will host YouTube sensations Alex Carpenter, Jason Munday, and Landon Austin. Alex Carpenter (http://www.YouTube.com/AlexCarpenter) first gained fame as the boyishly handsome teenage werewolf lead singer of The Remus Lupins before launching his solo career. He can still be coaxed into performing some Harry Potter songs, as well as new music about Doctor Who and The Hunger Games. Jason Munday (http://www.youtube.com/JasonMundayMusic) will wow you with his sideburns and ability to belt catchy tunes about your favorite geek pastimes. You might remember him from the wizard rock boy band Ministry of Magic or his Katy Perry parody "California Dorks." Landon Austin (http://www.youtube.com/LandonAustin) describes himself as "80% country, 20% rock and roll, but 100% heart."
