Description:
  Photo Editing 2: Learn how to crop your digital photos, change the color, remove red eye and other image manipulation techniques. Uses free software Paint.NET. Must have take Beginning Photo Editing Part 1. In-person sign-up begins at 9 AM on August 3 in the Computer Training Center. Telephone registration begins at 1:00 pm - 701-2620. Anyone more than ten minutes late will not be guaranteed a computer.
