Meet the Chef: Channon Mondoux
Chef Channon Mondoux of Renaissance Cuisine will demonstrate how to add a dash of artist flair to everyday dishes. Channon is also a freelance writer for the Kalamazoo Gazette and is the author of "Celebration at the Sarayi- Reliving a Feast in the Palace of Suleyman the Magnificent" a multi-sensory ecookbook, one of the first of its kind, she brings to life the food of Ottoman Turkey.
