Diamonds and Deceit (At Somerton #2)
Author
Leila Rasheed
Review
The members of the Averley family continue to live their dual lives: the activities and people for whom they feel great passion vs. the duties and expectations of society. The story carried each person forward a little (only Rose seemed to find the fortitude to make an actual choice) but spun most of them in a continual tornado: desire, duty, desire,duty,desire....round and round they go. The plots all seemed to merge together - one sibling experiencing forbidden love can be interesting. All of them yearning for someone out of reach becomes repetitive.   Reserve it!
