Enter the 2nd Annual Cookie Bake-Off! This year’s theme is FROZEN. Prizes: First place wins a $50 Target Gift Card; second place gets a $30 Target Gift Card; third place receives a $20 Target Gift Card; Peer Award wins a $15 Target Gift Card. Rules: 1. You must bring two dozen cookies. 2. Cookies must be made from scratch. You may not use pre-made dough. 3. Cookies will be judged on presentation, taste, originality, and relevance to theme(Frozen). 3. Bring your cookies to the Youth Services area between 1:00-1:30 p.m. Peer tasting and voting is between 1:35-2:00 p.m. Awards will be presented at 2:45 p.m.
