Tech to Connect with Users in a Post Pandemic World

Event Type: SWFLN Webinar
Date: 5/13/2021
Start Time: 10:00 AM
End Time: 11:00 AM
Description:
COVID-19 changed how everyone interacts. This paradigm shift will not revert once the pandemic is over. Our services will have to serve both in-person and remote users. During this interactive webinar, we will look at the technologies, platforms, and best practices we can utilize to provide services and help, and most importantly, connect with our virtual users.

Academic Library staff will want to attend this webinar because students, faculty, and staff frequently use the library through our remote, digital services. This session will be beneficial in creating a technical toolkit to assist users.

Public Library staff will benefit from the session as we explore techniques to help library staff deliver the wide variety of services, resources, and programs the library offers through technology.

School Library staff will be interested in attending this webinar to create a toolkit of technology solutions to interact and aid students, parents, and teachers.

Special Library staff will benefit from exploring technological solutions for delivering services to users outside the library.
