And our world today requires more bravery, more self-awareness, more intentionality than ever before. In this 10-part series, “Managing in a Brave New World,” we’ll delve into many areas of management…and a few areas regarding the manager (that would be you!). These are standalone webinars, so you can attend one or all – and of course, we suggest you attend all to get the most benefit!

Description of this webinar: Think about this; we rarely invest a lot of money into plants without first making sure they will thrive where we plant them. And yet…do we give the same consideration to our staff members when deciding who does what, when, how, and why?

 About the Presenter: Linda has been developing and conducting training workshops for libraries and other organizations for more than fifteen years. She offers workshops on topics ranging from Leadership Skills to Returning Balance – and lots of areas in between!

Linda received her MBA from the University of Florida and has years of experience in hands-on management positions. She develops her workshops based on solid research and – more importantly – real-life application.
