With different personalities comes tension, which sometimes moves to friction, which sometimes becomes conflict! Rather than pretend it isn’t there, let’s figure out ways to lessen it.

Public Library staff will find this webinar beneficial because, not only does tension and friction cause problems within our workplace, the effect on service to our patrons is rarely – if ever – positive. We’ll never eliminate tension and friction, but we can become more determined to deal with it.
